Opening Ceremonies is the official introduction of the 15 Queen Contestants. This year's Opening Ceremonies will be held at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii's Ohana Festival event. Sponsors, donors, family and friends are invited to attend and support the Contestants.

This is a free event to the public.
