The fourth public appearance by the Contestants and the Queen and Court will be held at Windward Mall. The 67th Cherry Blossom Festival Queen and Court will share their festival experiences.

The emcee will ask each of the contestants to answer a question on current events. Through this question and answer experience, each contestant will gain valuable practice in sharpening her public speaking skills, developing her poise and increasing her self-confidence.

This is a free event to the public.
