The 66th Cherry Blossom Festival officially kicks off during the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii's New Year's Ohana Festival event, where the 15 Queen contestants will be revealed. Sponsors, donors, family and friends are invited to attend and support the Contestants. This is a free event to the public.
