The last and final public appearance by the 15 Queen Contestants is held at Ala Moana Center. Cultural entertainment provided by Dragon Beat will herald the beginning of the program. Followed by the introduction of Cherry Blossom Festival Queen and Court, who will share their festival experiences.

The highlight of each public appearance is the introduction of the Queen Contestants participating in that year's festival. Emcee will ask each of the contestants to answer a question on a variety of subjects. Through this question and answer experience, each contestant will gain valuable practice in sharpening her public speaking skills, developing her poise and increasing her self-confidence.
